Article 4 - Responsibilities

The prices of reservations and travel do not concern luggage which may increase the cost of transport.
Vimbetis dissociates itself from any loss of luggage related to trips booked through its platform.
The company has the possibility to suspend the account of any user or driver who uses the application in a negative way without respecting other users and passengers.

Article 5 - Intellectual property

All technical documents, products, photographs, texts, logos, drawings, videos, etc., are subject to copyright and are protected by the texts of laws in force in Cameroon on intellectual property. When they are handed over to our customers, they remain the exclusive property of Vimbetis, the sole owner of the intellectual property rights to these documents, which must be returned to it at its request.
Our customers undertake not to make any use of these documents, likely to infringe the industrial or intellectual property rights of the supplier and undertake not to disclose to any third party, except with the express prior authorization given by the publisher.
Unless otherwise stated, Vimbetis owns the intellectual property rights in the elements of the Website and Application subject to the license below. We do not grant you any right, license, title or interest in our intellectual property rights to which you may or may not have access.
